This brochure was produced by Concern Universal in connection with the implementation of the MuniSAM project. The brochure describes some results of the first forum of the SAMcoms carried out between 04 and 07 May 2015, in the Municipality of Montepuez, Province of Cabo Delgado.

The main objective of this forum was to share good practices that would encourage the work of other monitoring committees in the area of ​​social rehabilitation, but also the challenges that might be addressed in adopting specific aspects of the methodology to be applied in future initiatives.
